There are many wild bees in the mountainous Zhangjiajie, especially of a wild bee called Thunder Bee. This type of bee is as big as a thumb, has strong poisons, the bee pupa has rich nutrition. It is one of a favorite delicacy of Tujia Ethnic Minority. Cooking method: boil the oil, take the Thunder Bee pupa into the pot, fry until float at the oil level, scoop out, add salt, green onion, ginger powder, pepper and chili, and stir well to blend.
